Return Policy
After merchandise has been picked up or delivered from our warehouse, there are no returns or exchanges allowed. All sales are final once merchandise has been picked up.
Damage Policy
You have 72 hours to report any damages to us. After our 72-hour grace period, we will not repair or exchange any defects in merchandise. Please be sure to check your merchandise before loading or within 72 hours of delivery or pick up. Note: Happy Homes Industries is not responsible for merchandise damaged in transit.
If something is found damaged after picking up, you must report the damage to your sales rep or contact our office. Photos and a invoice number is required while submitting a claim for a damage/defective item. Please send all photos to [email protected].
Damage items or parts MUST BE RETURNED TO OUR FACILITY BEFORE PICKING UP REPLACEMENT PIECE OR PART. NOTE: Merchandise must be in original packaging without physical damages on carton box.
Warranty Policy
All items are covered under a 1-year manufacturer warranty. If you have a warranty related claim, please inform your sales rep or our office immediately with photos and invoice number. All warranty related issues will be repaired only by Happy Homes. Repairs may take 7-10 Business Days. We ask you to bring back any items needing repaired to our facility.
